This is a timeline. In August 2008, the Alaska Gasline Inducement Act license was issued. In 2009 a facilities update occurred. In July 2010 the open season was complete. In October 2012, there will be the Federal Energy Regulatory Committee filing. In 2012 there will be the major Northern Pipeline Agency filing. In 2013 there will be the National Energy Board tolls and tariff application. In June 2014, there will be the Federal Energy Regulatory Committee, and Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity. In 2014, the Northern Pipeline Agency will complete a review and the National Energy Board will look to approve tolls and tariffs. In 2015 the project could receive sanctions. Between 2015-2020 is the construction phase. In September 2020 initial gas is expected.
