Consultations and Stakeholder Engagement

The Canada-U.S. Agreement on Principles Applicable to a Northern Natural Gas Pipeline and the Northern Pipeline Act require the Agency to engage and coordinate with other government departments, provincial and territorial governments, Aboriginal people, United States officials, and industry in carrying out its mandate. The Agency actively builds and strengthens relationships with and among all of these partners to facilitate collaboration and balance diverse interests.
